upper bearing goes toward the swashplate, the middle and lower bearing go toward the gears. do not tighten all and bearing and frame fasteners until you place the main rotor shaft thru the bearings with the main gear so that it will settle and mesh properly then tighten all the screw, this will insure smooth running on the assembly. The Trex assemble instruction leave a lot to be desired.

Fantastic video. I wish you guys would do radio setups with some other Align Helicopters (ie 470LM, 550X etc.). Your detailed instructions are priceless, especially for us beginners. A video IS worth a thousand words.

i dont know how someone would give any pilot .......let alone a pro pilot a thumbs down. because this is hands down one of the toughest hobbies... let alone, trying to make a carreer out of this. so i say screw all the haters, and fly on!!!! the 470l is one of my favorite models. it really does fly bigger than it is. paired up with a 550x, and youll have a durable kick ass setup

I know flying a helicopter is a ton of muscle memory but how the heck can you see the helicopter under the low light conditions?? I’m a old (56) R/C helicopter/airplane pilot, learned to fly before the tail rotor gyros came out but I still need to SEE the helicopter! You’re amazing.
